Tree in Winter

It was a lovely sunny morning when I walked down St John’s steps and I looked back and realised why so many leaves are on the ground. The spire was in view and the recent winds have left the cherry tree with very few leaves. 
There is something lovely about the spidery branches but not as nice as the pink blossom that we will see in the spring again !
