Pier Pressure

Caught up with T, long overdue. We wandered along the lake though  couldn’t get as far as usual as the water is so high.  

I’d assumed this truckload was being delivered to replace the little pier, but on asking, I discovered that these were the building platforms that had been used to install the new posts. They were being lifted out, to be returned to Windermere.
