Jaunty Jack, Fluffy Flowers, Ruffled Fungus

Busy doing admin so not much time for photography.

Jack heron was perched in the gum tree on the island in the lake. It has lovely fluffy white flowers on it at present.

Can't identify this unusual fungus with its ruffled cap and ridged stem.

PS Thanks to ceridwen I now know that the fungus is Helvella crispa or white saddle. :)
