Looking For A Rainbow
We dropped Sophie at school first thing and went for a walk at Burnham for the first time in a few weeks. There were rain clouds further out over the Bristol Channel and the beginnings of a rainbow to the north.
I used the zoom to capture this couple apparently admiring it, behind the ‘high’ lighthouse, one of 3 in the town, which has been inactive since 1993 and converted into a private home.
We had our customary breakfast in Wetherspoon’s and then walked along the beach as far as the ‘low’ lighthouse, the wooden one on the beach, which has featured in several of my blips in the past.
This afternoon we dropped off Sophie’s car seat, which she has outgrown to Tess’s friend and Keep Fat teacher, who was in need of one for ferrying her grandchildren around.
