Because of the rail strike, we got a bonus day in Yorkshire with the family, we have been so lucky with the weather.
Today we spent the day at Skipton Castle, somewhere we have wanted to go for a long time. It is so well preserved, this is the part that is still lived in the uninhabited part is very well preserved too, nice to see it as it was and not just a ruin with no roof.
