Dog Sitting
Roam again trusted me to look after Whiskey while he and Shenny had a weekend trip to London to do a fancy ring thing. He was very good, except when he had a mind to play with the ducks or sit in a puddle. He's so strong it feels like he could pull my arm off. There was one pool of water I couldn't prevent him from going in, for fear of ending up in there myself. At least it wasn't muddy.
You've had more than enough Ilkley Moor temperature inversions so here's the beautiful boy for you.
We both watched the football scores come in on Sky. Full of optimism following last weekend's defeat of Liverpool by Leeds, it was a cruel but ultimately joyous experience. 1-0 up went to 1-3 down, which miraculously turned into a 4-3 win over Bournemouth. Roam did well to miss out on all the agony. There can be no better team than Leeds to watch as a neutral.
