Zero Degrees South
Hoping that this is the end of a particularly busy period and end of the boring blip streak!! The back to back meetings at work are now done, the plastering is also complete. Got back from work a little early becuase I have a great team - one picked things up for me this afternoon so I could catch the early bus, the other telling me not to log on again once I get home. Spent the evening putting the house back to rights. Treated myself to a pizza and pakora from the village and once I had it realised that I didn't want to wait to eat it until I got home and sat on a bench on the green eating. Distrupted a dog walk with a pooch who really wanted a bit of my pizza.
Blip today is a super quick shot of one of the Motherwell pedestrian underpasses. This subway is full of famous landmarks and their relationship to Motherwell - seems like the Kremlin is on the same latitude as Motherwell. They're pretty fun to walk past. Other subways have local landmarks in the style of famous artists and a map of the old steel line from Motherwell out to cumbria and beyond.
