Blustery old day today

I had a guy to pick up at midday to take to Addenbrookes Hospital, hour and a half each way plus a couple of hours while he gets his treatment. Difficult to fit anything else around this timetable. Blip was taken from the car whilst waiting to pick him up, only picture of the day
One thing I read today got me thinking. I left school and started working in 1970, in my mind not that long ago. Someone pointed out that the time gap between 1970 and 2022 is exactly the same as between 1970 and 1918, the end of the First World War.
I don't know about you but reading this suddenly made me feel a great deal older.
