Don't fly yet!

I don't think I have ever noticed one of these tiny ladybirds before. But then I didn't look for a new picture every day. I think it is a ten-spot. Yes I know it doesn't actually have ten spots; more like thirteen. Apparently they can have up to fifteen spots, and it is the right size and has pale legs.

I haven't tried blipping a small insect before. It give me a greater respect, if that were possible, for Vodkaman's blips.

It was a beautiful day in Perth, more like summer than spring. Mrs P and I spend most of the day cutting a new vegetable bed from the lawn, followed by a well deserved trip to the pub.
