Sun dog

Its finally felt like summer today.
After yesterday's long walk I thought I could get away without taking gonzo for a walk today (I'm a bad dog mum) as I needed to catch up with a few things.
Gonzo wasn't happy about this. So, in a petulant dog strop, he took his blankie outside and his toys and set them down as if to sunbathe and scowl in the garden.
It didn't work but he did get to play fetch at times.
Had a good yarn club session in the sun this afternoon.
Made it up the coast for knitting tonight, and had my friend Jane, who I've not seen much of for ages, for company on the drive up and back.
