You can't have a crack over 40mm that encroaches onto the bit if the windscreen you look through otherwise your car fails its MOT as mine did on Thursday - not happy, although in massive credit to the mini garage in Enfield they gave me a free retest which they weren't obliged to do.

Well after a visit from autoglass today, all is well. Until I have to get a tyre replaced in 1000 miles - dammit!!
