Party!

The regulars at the River Ale House turned out in force for owner Trevor's 70th birthday.

Earlier I marshalled at Charlton Parkrun, and then went for a walk with my daughter. Walked down to Greenwich, then back along the river, passing the Enderby (for a change), instead stopping for a couple of drinks at Brew By Numbers. In less than two weeks, Orla will be off travelling in South America.

Didn't run today and won't run tomorrow. My right ankle has been a little big niggly, so I am giving it a chance to recover. May test it out on Monday.
