A fishy prize!

This morning F and I went to the memorial gates in Oswetry where we attended the Armisice Day ceremony.  It was better atttended than usual, perhaps because of the war in Ukraine.

We then went to the bowling group's end of season meal which was held at the restaurant at a local fishing pools complex.

F was knocked out of the shield competition early this year (he usually wins).  When the presentation of the shield was made, a joker from the group found a wooden fish to present him with as the booby prize!
