Running late

... a day late! A busy day yesterday ending with a trip to see The Banshees of Inisherin . I know quite  a few blippers have seen it already and there have been mixed reactions. We repaired to the loca pizza place afterwards for some supper and a discussion. We were in accord : fabulous cinematography, haunting music, exceptional acting and an incredible multilayered plot. I think Arachne was unpacking it - we tried: an allegory of the Civil War, a study of friendship, maleness, niceness, loneliness and the claustrophobia of island life. 
Bantry was looking good too, a very high tide with Super Valu afloat amongst the swans.
