Wharfedale

Unusually for Scargill, we had a final session after breakfast this morning. We had to write down the things that we want to take away from the week, perhaps some action points. We then put them in an envelope addressed to ourselves. Scargill will post it to us in a few weeks time. We all know that at the end of a week such as this we return home and are immediately sucked back in to the parish and forget all our good intentions. The idea of posting them to us in a few weeks is that we get a reminder of what we need to do and a word of encouragement. I think that's a great idea. 

The weather as we left was the best of the week. I stopped at a layby to take this, looking back of the valley to where we were staying (which is behind the middle foreground tree).

It was a lovely drive home. I then went out for fish and chips with a friend to finish the week.
