Very long handstands

I was correct. E has croup, poor kid. Does know how to milk it for cuddles and TV time though…

He was fine later in the day. He and A have both made cardboard dollhouses and are now neighbours. He couldn’t convince her to play ‘naughty witches’ with him though.

Went for a long walk down by the river, sans A, who ditched me in favour of the aforementioned dollhouses. The water has definitely receded, and most of the trail was walkable, albeit with residual stench. Some parts of the river, usually more shallow creek than river, are still hammering though. More rain coming tonight and tomorrow.

Finally got the kids booked in for swimming lessons, which has taken the parental guilt down one rung.
