it’s always an - exciting moment when - you first see - the sprouts appear - on the plant - you know growth - is happening and soon - buds will show up - if you’re fortunate - give the plant just - the right amount of - water, the proper amount - of light, all factors must - work together for - blooms to begin - to blossom within - that given timeframe - but i’ve not always - been so fortunate - with my plants - sometimes i do all - the right things - nurture, talk and feed - and zip, zippo, nada - i get nothing at all

yet other times - i get the most - sensational blooms one can - imagine from a mere - bulb in the ground - it blows my mind - this flower is a different - hybrid i got - that was on sale - with some others - which are also - in the process of growing - this just happens to - be the first to - breakthrough and is teasing - with a first - glance of what’s to come - anytime i see the - inkling of a bud - i know it’s…
