The fishmonger had a special offer on his counter, luxury ingredients normally reserved for the big hotels and so on, and not typically available to off the street customers. R gave me his suggested cooking time and technique and it all came together to Mrs SJR's approval. It was very rich. It was about half the price of a haddock dinner.
