First LBL dinner for 2013

Ok so this is just some plain rice, some frozen veg mixed through and a nice home made flat bread on the side. The flat bread is great, filling and SO easy, mix 100 grams of plain flour with a third of a cup of water and you have yourself one largish serving of flat bread!

Loving it, didnt really eat during the day as starting a new job I was nervous and feeling a little sick and not hungry anyway, think I might have to push my LBL out further haha. We will see.

New job went really well, it is great to be back out in the world and socialising again :)
