This gentleman is working with a diamond edged cutting blade, no mask, no ear defenders and he's holding the brick in place with his boot as all pavers do.

On the bags of kiln dried sand which are brushed between the gaps in the bricks there's a sign.

"Warning contains sand"

It would make you stick pins in your eyes if it didn't make us all laugh at the absurdity.
