One of the joys of the job is the continual training for a variety of potential incidents. Today we were going over our "High Rise Procedure".

Obviously with the events at Grenfell still fresh in folks memories, it has been a priority for us to ensure that all is in place.

And hopefully it will reassure the residents that we are doing our best to keep them safe!
