Rainbows and autumn trees

It's Remembrance Sunday.  I is in Rainbows (junior Brownies) in Chirk and her pack took part in the parade there.  They walked from the church to the cenotaph with representatives of the various organisations where the ceremony took place.  At the end there were the national anthems of the UK and of Wales as it's over the border even though it's close to us.

The family went to see friends and F and I went for a walk on The Racecourse and lanes round about.  The trees were looking beautiful. 

When we got back to the car a man was there hunting for his lost car keys.  He had already retraced his steps along the route of his walk and was about to walk home for his spare set.  We took him and his dog to his house and offered to take him back but he said that he'd cycle there.  I hope that he found them!
