Skink
Tonight I was reminded of the existentialist question...
"When was the last time you did something for the first time?"
On this occasion it was because I had made fish soup for the first time. Cullen skink, to be precise. For those unfamiliar with Scottish cuisine, it is a chowder made with smoked haddock.
It is delicious, so it will turn up on the meal plan in the future. It is quick and easy too.
Apart from that, and a long phone call with my friend in Edinburgh, my day was very routine.
But it was a good day, so my mood is good (again.)
