5 minutes more

This is the first (and largest) of the cakes being baked by Jane for our daughter Ali's wedding in July.

It's so large that all previous timings have had to go out of the window and there has been a fair bit of "I think it's cooked already" and "I'll give it another 15 minutes"

I'm sure that like all Jane's cakes it will be perfect - it certainly smells good.

We'll find out on July 13th!

PS - just heard that the insurance claim for the recent theft of my camera gear has been accepted by Photoguard. Hooray!
