The phone call

While preparing pizza this evening we received a phone call ……. for Elinor……. One of the football coaches wanted to invite her to be part of the AllStar team that will assemble and compete in December. A rather bashful Elinor was absolutely thrilled while Nesta was beautifully supportive. Unfortunately neither could partake of the celebratory champagne so there was more to go round for the rest of us!!
