The perils of DIY

I've been helping a friend replace her broken clothesline. It's not our day jobs.

The old fence post didn't split immediately, it split later and that's not great. The new H4 timber is the right approach. Unfortunately we attached the clothesline mount too close to the corner of the old dry fence post.

I've consulted with my MenzShed contact. We have a remedial plan. The saga continues and in the meantime the clothesline is usable.
