From the archives again

Have spent the day resting at home following a small surgical procedure yesterday, so decided to delve once again into the family photographic archives for today's blip.

This wedding group consists of my wife's maternal grandparents on their special day on 21st April 1921, together with the groom's sister and brother and the bride's sister and an unknown work colleague of the groom standing at back left, making up the sixth member of the group.

The wedding took place at St. Alban's Cathedral Church in Pretoria.

(For interest, the pendant just visible around the neck of the bride, is still worn by my wife to this day.)
