Stripping the willow

Bedding laundry ready to peg out, the Salix contorta that has made an interesting wall covering since Spring is very close to the whirly gig line, so this morning it had a prune, leaves stripped, branches bundled, they are destined to be hung with Xmas decs. I can now tick Xmas tree off the 'To Do' list.
Mum had her MOT this morning.. All good. Blood pressure was a bit high, but I think that is quite normal for most people when they visit the doctors surgery.
Very pleased that I cut the grass yesterday, as we had rain overnight.
Ironing & other boring stuff done.
I scrolled through tasty sounding recipes, saving a few, adding a few ingredients to my shopping list.
