My Monday

I think Monday of my weeks off is my favourite.
It’s a pity I hadn’t been to the refill shop in Ballinspittle before I make my cake, they have some top quality mixed peel and glacé cherries. Having said that the cake isn’t made yet, I need to source a tin.
I spent a nice couple of hours in the garden giving the ferns and grasses their cut, so nice to get out in the garden. Then the wind and rain arrived.
