A November Christmas Miracle

The windows still weren't opening so I thought I'd have a go trying to get something done about it. Went off to the agent's office to tell them about it. I did that a while ago but, despite promising they'd get it sorted, nothing was ever done about it.

Mr. Fellow told me to send an email about it and soon I got a response stating they'd send someone out. Yeah, sure, like that'll happen.

Well, the contractor came out today! Amazing! Finally we have opening windows! Only problem is that we live in a very anti-social behaviour ridden area so opening the windows does not feel safe at all. In Jordanstown we always had them open!
