Reflections of the sky

In many ways this is a continuation of Jan's blip. The fir tree on the far right of my blip is the same fir tree as the left side of Jan's blip.

Most of my day was taken up with baking the saffron buns you see in the extra. They are deliciously soft and tasty, even if I'm saying so for myself! I leave the dough to autolyse overnight, which means it hangs together though it's very soft and a little tricky to work with. The downside is it's a real faff to then work in the sugar, saffron, and yeast. None of the traditional recipes work like this, but they are all a lot easier to produce!
