Newborn Baby Brother

Four-and-a-half hours after we received a tentative summons from our daughter, our grandson was born at 7.15pm. A lot quicker than his big sister 3.25 years ago! "All well" is all we know so far. I emerged from reading LMB to sleep to hear the news.

Tomorrow morning I shall offer LMB this little Baby Brother badge that I've knitted for her to celebrate becoming a Big Sister. Don't know if she will want to wear it or not, but it's there if she likes it. Meanwhile, so thrilled for their parents, and planning an early night as LMB does usually wake very, very early (plus possible surfacings during the night).
