still bloom

there are small - rose bushes lining - the front walkways - of our building - and the roses bloom - continually throughout the summer - months making a really - lovely line of - vibrant red along - the sidewalks

but as summer - winds down turning to - fall and temperatures drop - typically the flowers - fade and we see - dried rose hips - along the withering - stems and branches - but now, even - though we’ve had - some snow and cold temps - against all odds - there remain some - brilliant red roses - blooming on the bushes and - i couldn’t resist making it…
