Garlic Prawns
Took a passion to this dish on a recent visit to Canaries. Been meaning to try it myself...
Handful of prawns, chopped garlic, chillis, ginger and a little coriander, splash of freshly squeezed lime, salt and pepper, tossed into some olive oil in the pan.
Onto a little wholegrain rice, and garnished with a half lime.
Yummy.
Not to forget the rather gorgeous glass of Vouvray to accompany.
