Sweet Stuff

I guess Kendal Mint Cake is probably a bit like Marmite - you either love it or hate it! I am rather partial to it…and this little tin was bought as gift for me..the contents have long gone :-)

Pouring down with rain today so I had to try and find an indoor blip.

I lit the tin with my little LED panel, quite low down to the right so that the light was catching the bottom of the embossed lettering and figure. Just a three shot focus stack today…with the focus points manually selected rather than using the in-camera setup! I then played around with converting it to black & white…

As ever, dust is the enemy of macro photography…
