Pomegranate

A recipe I wanted to try called for pomegranate seeds to garnish the top. I had never purchased and prepped a pomegranate before so this beautiful fruit was a new experience for me.

I was amazed that a pomegranate is like a giant rose hip, just seeds but each one encapsulated by a sweet jell. One pomegranate contains way more seeds than I can use in a recipe for 2 so now I have to find other ways to use up the rest of the seeds this week.
