That suspicious look

The morning was sunny and dry. Around 2Pm it started raining throughout the evening.
The xmas markets are building up in Bruges. Meanwhile there are lots of places in the city where the roads are opened for all kind of reasons. Looks like the whole city is a construction site throughout the year.
