Out of the window

Solid rain, a very positive occupational health meeting over zoom this morning & I walked out of the room to the lounge to have a safe quiet space ! Furthest I’ve walked & I sat in a chair - struggled to get up at first but made it! I was stiff.

Lovely visit from Kala’s best mates today in the afternoon which was lovely & my shopping picked up so I can enjoy eating!!
