Larry

Out for a morning walk today, Larry is a very happy fellow. His heart stopped a few weeks ago when he suffered a cardiac arrest on the tennis court.

CPR and an AED (automated external defibrillator) kept him alive until he was hospitalized for emergency bypass surgery.

He had no indication that this would happen because he was playing tennis three days a week, pickleball two days a week, walking, and riding his bicycle.

When the doctor prescribed rehab, Larry asked, "But why do I need it?". The doctor replied, "To keep you from overdoing it".
