WidWed …organic and unstructured

These beautiful, fresh eggs are definitely organic. Unstructured? I’m not so sure. Perhaps cracked, scrambled, or omeletted would fit the challenge better.

We were stopped by one of our lovely neighbours at 6:30 this morning as we passed by their gate whilst on our walk. She gave us these to bring home. I shall take my vege scraps and empty cartons to her. She and her husband are Kiwis who have fallen in love with this part of the world and have embraced the land, birds and wildlife with a wonderful enthusiasm. They have pet names for some of the birds that visit and have planted many bird attracting plants, even some native NZ plants to remind them of home.
