Note Cafe, Hanoi

We were given a tour of the Temple of Literature and the French Quarter in Hanoi by two student volunteers of the Hanoi Kids - a university club that promotes teaching tourists about Vietnamese culture and helps them learn English. Not that our two guides needed any help with their English ! Both of them are at diplomatic school where one is studying economics and the other English.
At the end of the tour they took us to the Note Cafe for a bit of lunch - the walls, tables and windows are covered with post it notes written by customers. We added our own of course!
