First Snowfall...

As forecast..

E, my gardening neighbour, spent the day finishing the winterizing of the garden..and just in time. He emptied the last pot of annuals just as the light was fading...

The garden is ready - the raking done, flower pots emptied, bulbs planted, hose drained and stored, and eavestroughing cleared..

Let it snow! 

Time to store the autumn pumpkins, hang up winter wreaths and dig out all that Christmas decor...If I had a Christmas quilt, I would hang it up right now! But I don't. Hmmm ..should remedy that.....
