Beautiful Kilmuir

Another stunning day so it was just too nice to stay in. We watched the laying of the wreaths and the 2 minute silence on TV before going along to Kilmuir. Soo warm, 16 degrees so definitely no jacket needed.We walked along the pretty street admiring the houses and flowers still blooming, including roses and fuchsias.
I enjoyed sitting on a bench near the phone box soaking up the sun. Got two good books one about Simon Cowell , the animal rescuer and a Bill Bryson one.
We managed to park near the walk to Loch Lundie. Had another lovely walk through the woods to the Loch .Heard lots of long tailed tits .
