Wellington Church Glasgow

Walked past this impressive building on University Avenue in the glorious sunshine this morning.
Our walk took us from the Science Park on Maryhill Road, along the River Kelvin to Kelvinbridge, a stop for coffee and scones then on to Glasgow University. 
Visited the Hunterian Art Gallery to see two current exhibitions : ‘The Afterlife of Mary Queen of Scots’ and ‘Underfoot’, a video work by visual artist Elizabeth Price along with the permanent exhibits which include a large collection of Whistler’s paintings, quite beautiful, they were my favourite.
