Winnipeg Angst

Winnipeg is a great city for murals / wall art. This one caught my eye this AM and caused me to do a U-turn to get a closer look. The rich historical heritage of this city is reflected in the buildings, but there may be some level of angst experienced by some segments of the population, if this representation is any indication.
