Carry On Nurse

There's a small display on the history of medicine in St Thomas' Hospital. Various slightly alarming dolls showcase the history of the nurse's uniform.
But my favourite is the one in the bottom right, a pre Florence Nightingale nurse. who sits with her bottle of gin and sneers at all the others.
"Bugger off ya smug cows, with yer aprons and yer hats and yer aprons. Yah."
