Number 28
Today has been a lovely day. It started with a great lunch in the sunshine of the Hope Valley in the delightful Peak District. And then a lovely little stop off to see Hollowspy, the girls and sample the amazing cakes of Mrs H.
A nice beer in the evening sun at Devonshire Green reminded me of what it was like going to University in Sheffield. We took a bit of a trip down memory lane tour and stopped off at our old student houses. Mine was number 28 ET Rd. I had lots of fun living here with 7 others. My room was in the attic (one with window open). I like going back to Sheffield, its such a great city. I should do it more often.
The reason for going was to watch Bill Bailey who was fantastic. The guy is a genius and an amazing musician. His Thatcher song was a winner.:-)
A nibbles pizza and a nice ride on the Snakes Pass on the way home rounded up a pretty perfect day.
