Last Autumn Colours?

When my friend and neighbour B and I went for our weekly walk at lunchtime, we were really lucky. It had rained for most of the morning, and it's raining again now in the afternoon, but we stayed dry and enjoyed the usual wide views of the Rhine valley in its autumn colours (=extra).
If the weather forecast is correct, we'll get the first cold spell of the season this coming weekend, so the colourful leaves might be gone by next week.

As "colour" is today's Abstract Thursday theme, I chose the cherry leaves as my main blip. I haven't done much to the photo, except for cropping it a little.
