Beat until soft

This is becoming a bit of a bad habit. Not staying in drinking tea on Saturday nights, (although... ) The bad habit is making these tasty cookies. The more I make them, the easier and quicker they get so its never too much trouble to do a batch. Best washed down with tea, of course.
