Another very wet day and got wet cycling to and from yoga. Have canicross running later with Cali but looking for an indoor subject again.

Nothing coming to mind until I saw my prayer flags from Nepal in my study/gym. Three years ago today, I flew to Lukla airport, one of the most dangerous in the world, to start our trek to Everest Base Camp before running back in the Original Everest Marathon.
